Enterprise Refinery uses a value based consulting model. Wherever possible, our deliverables and their attendant fees are negotiated prior to the engagement. We don’t nickle and dime our customers by billing hourly, we charge based on the value that our solutions bring to the customers in the short, medium, and long term. By limiting engagements in this way, it allows each party perspective and the chance to reach goals within a set timeframe. Should both parties agree, follow-on work can be added in a subsequent agreement.
